Asymptotic Expansion of a Lattice Sum

This project aims to investigate the asymptotic behavior of the sum using methods of classical analysis, number theory, and numerical analysis. These types of sums and associated integrals appear in the study of lattice Green functions which arise in many problems in condensed matter physics, random walks on lattices, calculation of resistance of resistor networks, and in studies of metrized graphs
